ㅅ は母音 ㅣ の前で音が変わるからです。ふだんは「サ行」の s ですが、ㅣ の前では口の奥にずれて「シュ」に近い音になります。特別なことをする必要はありません — 自然に速く言えば、口が勝手にその形になります。
